Design and Renovation Details

The project began with a kickoff meeting to establish
goals, timelines, and expectations. Following this, the team collaborated with Demolition Impossible for the controlled demolition phase. This was crucial to clear out the existing infrastructure safely and prepare for the new layout.

Next, the focus shifted to infrastructure decommissioning, including electrical and plumbing systems. Once cleared, the
framing phase commenced, where structural frameworks was
installed to delineate new office areas.

With the groundwork laid, the plumbing and HVAC rough-in stages began, ensuring that essential services were integrated into the renovated space. Simultaneously, the electrical rough-in ensured adequate power distribution throughout the office.

Throughout the project, stringent inspections were conducted after each major phase to verify compliance with safety and
building regulations. This included inspections for plumbing, electrical, and framing work.

Special attention was given to critical areas such as the server room, where setup was essential to support the office’s IT
infrastructure. Network implementation followed suit, ensuring robust connectivity across the premises.

The construction phases progressed with the installation of drywall, followed by taping, mudding, and sanding to achieve
smooth and seamless surfaces. Painting and installation of flooring and fixtures brought aesthetic and functional elements together.

The project culminated in a series of final inspections to ensure that all systems were operational and met the client’s specifications. This included comprehensive checks of electrical, plumbing, and overall structural integrity.
