General Contracting
SCC offers construction services in the traditional role of General Contractor. This includes preparing detailed estimates and tendering based on design drawings and specifications provided by consultants. Clients are presented with contract options, typically choosing between a fixed price or cost-plus contract to proceed with the project.
As the General Contractor, SCC assumes responsibility for the entire construction process, adhering to agreed-upon budgets and schedules unless design changes occur. This approach shifts construction cost risks to SCC, benefiting the client.
