Animal Logic

SCC worked closely with David Hewitt Architects to bring the Animal Logic project to life, offering project management and general contracting services. Our partnership transformed a historic 100-year-old building in Yaletown into a cutting-edge facility. A key feature of the project was the creation of a full-sized movie theater with a capacity for 100 people, which required thoughtful integration of modern amenities within the building’s heritage framework. In addition, we built custom kitchens, installed internationally sourced wool carpets, and custom wall cladding across three floors. These updates not only enhanced the functionality of the space but also honored and showcased its historical character.
