Located in Cloverdale Surrey, SCC collaborated with Ted Murray Architects to renovate and restore a 5,000 square foot space completed in 2018. The project encompassed both exterior and interior enhancements, transforming the site into a blend of modern functionality and historical charm. The renovated space includes separate offices for five individuals, a spacious board room, a fully equipped kitchen, a versatile meeting area, and an expansive open-concept office accommodating up to 20 people. Recognized for its outstanding craftsmanship and design, this project was nominated for Renovation of the Year, showcasing SCC’s commitment to excellence in commercial renovations.
