The Guardian Knight project marked a significant transformation from a conventional office layout to a contemporary, open environment. The project commenced with the essential mobilization and site setup, ensuring all preparations were in place for a smooth workflow. Following this, we decommissioned the existing electrical systems and carried out demolition and carpet removal to make way for the new design.
The next phase involved intricate work on HVAC systems, including distribution and sensor relocation, to improve climate control and energy efficiency. Framing was completed to establish the new layout, followed by rough-ins for electrical and sprinkler systems. Key tasks such as lighting relocations and T-bar modifications were addressed to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the office space. Inspections for electrical and framing ensured that all installations met the required standards.
One of the standout features of this transformation was the incorporation of extensive glasswork. This addition not only increased natural lighting but also contributed to a more open and inviting workspace. After framing, insulation, drywall finishing, and the installation of doors and frames, the office space began to take shape. Paintwork, carpet and LVT installation, and glazing were completed to finalize the interior.
The final stages included detailed finishing touches and system completions. Electrical finishes, sprinkler final inspections, and touch-ups were conducted to ensure every detail was perfected. The project concluded with a thorough final clean, followed by the final inspection and client turnover. This approach resulted in a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing office space that supports productivity and creativity, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional work environments.
