Ingenuity Studios

In 2021, SCC partnered with MAK Interiors to transform Ingenuity Studios’ Vancouver office. The project involved the complete renovation of a historic post-and-beam heritage building, blending its classic architectural features with modern office functionality.

The updated office now includes eight private offices, a boardroom, and a 30-person theater with advanced audiovisual equipment. Additional amenities feature a full kitchen with restaurant-style booth seating, modern washrooms, and an open workspace for 40 employees. We also completed significant infrastructure upgrades, including a 400 amp power system, comprehensive data cabling, elegant glazing, and a custom-designed HVAC system.
