Working in the famously design Jameson house and executing on a Stantec design, SCC offered PM and GC services for a large office tenant creating a co-working office space with 30 offices.

Custom wood grain doors, designer flooring, glass, and HVAC services. Unique glass sidelight design maximizing natural light to internal offices incorporating natural wood veneers and concrete ceilings.
