Metropole Hotel

Located at 320 Abbott Street in Vancouver, our project involved the comprehensive restoration of a 60-unit residential rental building with ground-level commercial space. SCC Construction collaborated closely with Ted Murray Architects to execute a full exterior facade restoration. This included meticulous work on brick masonry, windows, roof repairs, painting, and the reconstruction of heritage cornices. Internally, SCC renovated nearly 60 self-contained suites, focusing on enhancing floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and brickwork. Our team’s expertise ensured each aspect of the interior renovation aligned seamlessly with the building’s historical integrity and modern functionality requirements. This project stands as a testament to SCC Construction’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and preservation of heritage elements in urban environments.
