Sun Tower

The restoration project covered 68,500 square feet and lasted three years as SCC revitalized both the interior and exterior of the historic Sun Tower. Every floor underwent extensive renovations, including flooring, office spaces, elevators, and washrooms. Additionally, a state-of-the-art fitness facility was integrated into the building. The flooring was restored to its elegant original state, enhancing the historic charm of each space. Office areas were thoughtfully modernized with updated fixtures and ergonomic designs to foster a productive work environment. Elevators were upgraded for efficiency and safety, while the washrooms were renovated with high-quality materials and fixtures to provide comfort and convenience. These efforts were all part of a meticulous approach to revive the Sun Tower, ensuring it stands proudly restored to its former glory. Today, the Sun Tower stands as a testament to our dedication to preserving architectural heritage proudly serving as our operational hub.
